Zusammenfassung

Primäres Ziel der chirurgischen Therapie beim akuten Abdomen ist die sofortige Beseitigung der dem akuten Abdomen zugrundeliegenden Ursache. Hierbei sollte situationsabhängig ggf. auf aufwändige anatomische Rekonstruktionen verzichtet werden und der Patient so rasch, schonend und sicher wie möglich aus der akut lebensbedrohlichen Situation gebracht werden. In diesem Kapitel wird auf die anästhesiologischen Besonderheiten bei der Therapie des akuten Abdomens eingegangen.
