Zusammenfassung
Industrie 4.0-Komponenten sind wesentliche Bausteine aus denen Industrie 4.0 Systeme bestehen. Sie bilden die Strukturelemente, die von den sich immer mehr flexibilisierenden Wertschöpfungsketten in der Produktion verwendet werden. Auch die I40-Komponenten müssen eine hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit aufweisen, die nicht mehr manuell sondern auch automatisiert aktiviert werden kann. Automatisierungsgeräte (AT-Geräte) sind die Systemkomponenten, die die Bindeglieder zwischen den Maschinen und Anlage und den Anwendungen der Produktion bilden. Streng hierarchische Leitsysteme werden für verschiedene Anwendungen aufgelöst und flachere Strukturen werden Eingang finden. Dazu müssen die AT-Geräte in die I40-Komponenten integriert werden. In diesem Beitrag wird gezeigt, welches Potential die bereits vorhandenen Gerätebeschreibungstechnologien und damit die installierte Basis dafür bietet.
