Zusammenfassung
Unternehmen sind Kommunikation. Die Soziokratische Methode ist ein Organisationsmodell, das basierend auf vier Grundprinzipien einen strukturellen Rahmen für Kommunikation und Entscheidungsfindung etabliert, der eine ganzheitliche Entwicklung der Kommunikationskultur sowie der gesamten Organisation unterstützt. Soziokratische Kommunikationsmuster stellen eine Synthese von hierarchisch dominierten und basisdemokratisch geprägten Kommunikationsmustern dar und damit deren konsequente Weiterentwicklung. Die Integration von scheinbaren Gegensätzen wie Effizienz und Effektivität, Freiheit und Sicherheit, Agilität und klarer Struktur sowie Individualität und Verbundenheit wirkt sich förderlich auf Kommunikations- und Unternehmenskultur aus. Kooperation ersetzt (interne) Konkurrenz und durch Mitentscheiden entsteht Mitverantwortung, sodass alle Mitarbeitenden motiviert sind, ihr volles Potenzial zum Wohle des Unternehmens einzubringen. Gelebte soziokratische Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsmechanismen unterstützen Unternehmen bei ihrem Wandel hin zu einer evolutionären Organisation.
