Zusammenfassung
Aufgrund der zunehmenden Zahl an zu erwartenden Schlaganfällen und dem Mangel an Expertinnen und Experten (besonders in den ländlichen Regionen) müssen innovative Wege gegangen werden, um eine flächendeckende Versorgung zu gewährleisten. Daher haben sich verschiedene Modelle von Tele-Stroke-Netzwerken in den vergangenen Jahren entwickelt. Einige Ansätze richten ihren Fokus ausschließlich auf die Thrombolyse, andere hingegen auf die Standardisierung der Therapie und effizientere Dienstgestaltung durch einen Zusammenschluss bereits etablierter Stroke Units. Darüber hinaus gibt es Modelle, welche das gesamte Spektrum der Schlaganfalltherapie in ländlichen Krankenhäusern aufbauen, die sogenannten Tele-Stroke Unit-Netzwerke. Solche Netzwerkstrukturen müssen an die geografischen Gegebenheiten und das jeweilige Gesundheitssystem angepasst werden. Am Beispiel des Telemedizinischen Projekts zur integrierten Schlaganfallversorgung (TEMPiS) in Süd-Ost-Bayern wird ein Tele-Stroke Unit-Netzwerk vorgestellt.
