Zusammenfassung
Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien gewinnen im Gesundheitswesen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Insbesondere telemedizinische Leistungen zeigen im Rahmen randomisierter klinischer Studien erste Evidenz mit Blick auf die Steigerung der Versorgungsqualität, die Verringerung stationärer Aufenthalte und die Reduzierung von Behandlungskosten. Für die Erschließung der angedeuteten Potenziale und die langfristige Implementation in die Versorgungspraxis ist eine nutzerinnen- und nutzerorientierte Technikentwicklung unter Berücksichtigung häufig komplexer Strukturen der Technikakzeptanz erforderlich. Der Beitrag beleuchtet die Nutzerinnen- und Nutzerakzeptanz als Gegenstand der sozialwissenschaftlich-orientierten Technikforschung und expliziert vor diesem Hintergrund die Haltungen und Einstellungen gegenüber der Telemedizin aus den Perspektiven des medizinischen und pflegerischen Personals als auch der Patientinnen und Patienten. Auf dieser Grundlage werden Implikationen für Forschung und Praxis erarbeitet.
