Zusammenfassung
Der pränataldiagnostisch tätige Arzt bewegt sich in einem Spannungsfeld zwischen Screeningauftrag entsprechend den Mutterschaftsrichtlinien bzw. den Richtlinien der Bundesärztekammer, dem mütterlichen Recht auf Mitgestaltung dieses Behandlungsauftrags und drohenden Haftungsansprüchen. Der Beratungsauftrag wird insbesondere in den Richtlinien der Bundesärztekammer und im Gendiagnostikgesetz genauer definiert. Dieses Kapitel fasst die Rechtsgrundlage zusammen, auf deren Basis eine gewissenhafte Aufklärung und Dokumentation erfolgen sollte.
