Zusammenfassung
Seltene Metalle wie Gallium (Ga), Germanium (Ge), Indium (In), Tellur (Te) und Selen (Se) zeichnen sich nicht nur durch ihr seltenes Vorkommen aus, sondern auch durch ihre aufwändigen Herstellungstechnologien. Die sich daraus ergebenden hohen Metallpreise sowie die teilweise eingeschränkte Verfügbarkeit lassen diese Elemente als lohnendes Ziel für eine Rückgewinnung erscheinen. Die PPM Pure Metals GmbH als Hersteller von Reinstmetallen betreibt bereits das Recycling derartiger Metalle und entwickelt zusätzlich neue Technologien dafür.
