Zusammenfassung
Die Kernaufgaben der IT liegen heute in der Unterstützung und Umsetzung der Businesspläne des Unternehmens sowie der effizienten Bereitstellung von IT-Services. Zur Erreichung ihrer Ziele setzen IT-Manager auf eine gesunde Mischung aus Standardisierung von Prozessen und IT, Automatisierung der Abläufe und den Einsatz von Best-Practice Methoden und Flexibilisierung, wo Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit notwendig ist. Dadurch können neue Produkte schnell und wirtschaftlich an den Markt gebracht, während Standardfunktionen kostengünstig bereitgestellt werden.
