Zusammenfassung
Mitarbeiterführung in Organisationen ist mit spezifischen Aufgaben und Funktionen verbunden. Für den Coach ist es unerlässlich, eine klare Vorstellung davon zu haben, 1) um welche Aufgaben und Funktionen es sich handelt, 2) welche Erwartungen an Führungskräfte herangetragen werden, 3) wie sie ihre Rolle ausfüllen können und 4) mit welchen Instrumenten dies erfolgreich geschehen kann. Kurzum es geht um das Was der Mitarbeiterführung (Gegenstand), das Wie (Verhalten) und die Rahmenbedingung (Situation). Das folgende Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über die zentralen Theorien und Modelle, an denen sich ein Coach orientieren kann.
