Zusammenfassung

Unter hoher UV-Einstrahlung sind phototoxische Reaktionen durch Kontakt zu bestimmten Pflanzenfamilien möglich. Auch Medikamente, die unter mitteleuropäischen Lebensbedingungen noch verträglich sind, können in lichtreichen Regionen zu Beschwerden führen. Eine typische Ursache für eine phototoxische oder -allergische Dermatitis sind die Lichtfiltersubstanzen in Lichtschutzmitteln.
