Zusammenfassung
Ein Grundprinzip für den diagnostischen Einsatz der Immunhistochemie ist die Korrelation mit dem morphologischen Bild am HE-Schnitt. Bei der Befundinterpretation und Diagnosestellung müssen die Morphologie und das immunhistochemische Ergebnis immer wieder zusammengeführt werden und sinnvoll vereinbar sein. Das alleinige Verlassen auf einen immunhistochemischen Parameter kann bei bestimmten Konstellationen irreführend sein.
