In diesem Kapitel wird CSR als ein Konzept verstanden, demzufolge Unternehmen soziale und umweltrelevante Gesichtspunkte sowie entsprechende Stakeholder-Interessen ohne gesetzlichen Zwang in ihrer Geschäftstätigkeit berücksichtigen. Da CSR-Aktivitäten von Unternehmen zwar selten freiwillig in dem Sinne sind, dass sie ohne Druck von Anspruchsgruppen bzw.
