Zusammenfassung
Jordis Dony ist Dipl. Medienwissenschaftlerin und MBA Leadership & HR. Sie managt und begleitet seit 2005 als Unternehmensberaterin (Roland Berger, Deutsche Telekom) und HR-Managerin (Unitymedia, Knauf) Organisationsentwicklungs- und Transformationsprojekte. Sie ist ausgebildeter systemischer Coach und Essenz-Coach sowie Expertin in der Anwendung von Methoden der Theory U (Otto Scharmer/MIT). In ihrer Arbeit ist es ihr wichtig, schnell Muster im Organisationssystem zu identifizieren und daraus Veränderungsimpulse zu gestalten. Ebenso hat sie stets den Blick auf die (emotionalen) Bedürfnisse der einzelnen Personen, denn „Haltung und Verhalten gehen Hand in Hand“ – insbesondere in Transformationen.
Tatiana See ist Dipl. Betriebswirtin. Sie arbeitet seit 2000 mit Ansätzen von New Work/Agilität – sowohl in Start-ups, Mittelstand als auch Konzernen. Sie ist ausgebildeter systemischer Coach, Agile Coach und Facilitatorin. In ihrer Arbeit schöpft sie aus einem langjährig erprobten Methodenpool und wendet einen kunden- und kontextspezifischen Methoden-Mix an. Ihr Ansatz ist es, die Menschen in der Transformation mittels Co-Creation mitzunehmen. Ihr Ziel besteht darin, Organisationen und Teams auf einen kontinuierlichen Wandel vorzubereiten, ganz nach dem Motto: „Keep moving forward, one step at a time.“
