Zusammenfassung
Kundenzentrierung erfordert die Analyse und Integration von Daten über interne und externe Faktoren. „Single Source of Truth“ (SSoT) bezeichnet eine Optimierung der Datenspeicherung und -verarbeitung, bei „Single Version of Truth“ (SVoT) geht es um die Optimierung von Analyse- und Berichtsprozessen. Dabei geht es nicht darum, um umfangreiche Messdaten herum Lösungen zu konstruieren, sondern für die zentralen Anwendungsbereiche entscheidungsrelevante Daten zur Verfügung zu stellen. Sinn und Zweck einer integrierten Sicht in einem Dashboard besteht darin, Analysen der Treiber von Begeisterung und Enttäuschung von Kundinnen und Kunden für alle relevanten Kundenreisen bei allen Entscheidungsträgerinnen und -trägern bekannt zu machen und daraus konkrete Maßnahmen abzuleiten. Automatische Kundensegmentierung für Microtargeting (Look-alike) und Hyperpersonalisierung werden zunehmend für eine enge Verbindung der Analyse von Kundenfeedback durch künstliche und menschliche Intelligenz sorgen. Dadurch werden immer kleineren Zielgruppen und einzelnen Personen bessere Kundenerlebnisse ermöglicht, und der Anteil loyaler und begeisterter Kundinnen und Kunden erhöht.
