Zusammenfassung
Eine Mitarbeiterbefragung (MAB) fragt Mitarbeiter (aus allen oder ausgewählten Ebenen bzw. Bereichen einer Organisation) nach ihren Meinungen und Einstellungen zu arbeitsbezogenen Themen mit der Absicht, mit der Befragung selbst, ihren Messwerten und ihrer Aufarbeitung das Erreichen der Ziele der Organisation zu fördern. Man kann einige gängige MAB-Typen unterscheiden, auch wenn diese in der Praxis meist als Mix realisiert werden:
