Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag versucht zu zeigen, dass mehr und in höherem Maße vernetzte Kommunikation nicht zwingend zu einer stärkeren Allgemeinwohlbindung von Organisationen führt. Dies gilt besonders dann, wenn gesellschaftliche Anforderungen sich von Qualitäts- auf Moralkriterien verschieben. Wo nicht Fakten, überprüfbare Leistung, sondern vermutete und zur Schau gestellte Gesinnungen zu zählen beginnen, besteht die Gefahr von virtue signalling, systemischer Heuchelei und Hexenjagdphänomenen. Der Beitrag argumentiert, dass das Fach derartigen Systemdynamiken höherer Ordnung mehr Aufmerksamkeit widmen und Methoden der systematischen Erforschung, wie etwa agentenbasierte Modellierung und Simulation (ABMS) entwickeln sollte.
