Der Begriff der Interkulturellen Kommunikation impliziert eine Verständigung über Kultur und Interkulturalität. Die Kultur einer sozialen Gemeinschaft bildet sich in einem langen Entwicklungsprozess und unterliegt einem ständigen Wandel. Sie wird von Geburt an und unter anderem durch Kommunikation vermittelt bzw. angeeignet.
