Abstract
Digitization provokes pervasive changes in all areas of economic activity. This also includes service processes, which are at the heart of Western economies. Special challenges arise in the context of flexible services that instead of following prescribed patterns are carried out according to the situation at hand. The project Augmented Reality in flexible service processes (ARinFLEX) targets these issues and supports digitizing flexible service processes. This chapter outlines the motivation and key goals of the project and illustrates the structure of the report.
Das Forschungsprojekt ARinFLEX wurde mit Mitteln des Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) gefördert (Förderkennzeichen: 02K14A080).
