Diese Konstellation steht in einem auffallenden Widerspruch zu den technologischen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen der Industrialisierung, Digitalisierung und Autonomisierung. Globale Megatrends stellen sämtliche Akteure im Baugewerbe selbst und darüber hinaus vor außerordentliche technologische, ökologische und strategische Herausforderungen.
