Zusammenfassung
Umfragen zufolge messen Beschäftigte an deutschen Hochschulen der Forschung eine deutlich größere Bedeutung bei als der Lehre – obwohl gerade durch diese unsere Fach-, Führungskräfte und Spitzenforscher von morgen ausgebildet werden. Seit 2012 setzt sich das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung deshalb mit dem „Qualitätspakt Lehre“ für einen entsprechenden Wandel im Stellenwert von Lehre ein. Eine zentrale Komponente des Kulturwandels an der LMU München ist das im Rahmen des Qualitätspakts Lehre (Lehre@LMU) etablierte Multiplikatoren-Programm. Dieses Organisations- und Personalentwicklungsprogramm entwickelt engagierte Lehrende weiter und fördert innovative Projektideen aller Fachbereiche für die Verbesserung der Lehre. Die im Rahmen des Programms erworbenen praktischen Erkenntnisse aus der Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrenden werden mit dem Prinzipienmodell der Führung und Motivation von Frey verbunden. Das Kapitel bietet Lehrenden und Lehre-Interessierten so einen vielfältig einsetzbaren Rahmen, der neben psychologischem Hintergrundwissen praktische Tipps und Hilfestellungen gibt, um Studierende zu motivieren und Lehr-Lernerfolg zu fördern.
