Zusammenfassung
Die Geschichte der kommunikationswissenschaftlichen Methoden ist noch keine lange. Die Fachgruppe Methoden der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaft (DGPuK) wurde erst im Jahr 1998 auf der DGPuK-Jahrestagung in Mainz gegründet. Werner Wirth war ihr Mitbegründer und erster Sprecher.
