Dort ist auch zu lesen: „Je neuartiger die Aktivität ist und desto weniger Erfahrungen mit Vergleichbarem vorliegen, desto unsicherer werden auch die Prognosen. Dennoch ist es erforderlich, Forecasts zu erstellen, […] sofern deren Aussagewert und somit deren Belastbarkeit für Planungen klar benannt werden. Werden diese nicht deutlich dokumentiert, entsteht ein Priming-Effekt und die Prognose trübt den Blick auf das Projekt, indem sie es beeinflusst.“
