Zusammenfassung
Die Auswirkungen der digitalen Transformation auf die Arbeitsmärkte lassen eine zunehmende Ungleichheit und Polarisierung erwarten. Als Gegenmittel werden unterschiedliche Policy-Lösungen wie Weiterbildung, lebenslanges Lernen, aktive Arbeitsmarktpolitik und das bedingungslose Grundeinkommen diskutiert. Die Implikationen der globalen Covid-19 Pandemie verstärken den sozialpolitischen Handlungsdruck, schränken die Handlungsräume aber potenziell ein. Politische Faktoren und Entscheidungen dürften einen maßgeblichen Einfluss darauf haben, ob die Digitalisierung zu einer Verschärfung sozio-ökonomischer Ungleichheit beiträgt oder diese lindert.
