Zusammenfassung
Der vorliegende Beitrag behandelt die grundsätzliche Frage, wie es Managern und Managerinnen und Führungskräften in einem interdisziplinären Organisationsumfeld gelingen kann, Experten zu führen, die sich ihrer „Macht“ und ihres Wertes für die Organisation sehr bewusst sind. „Talente“ und „High Potentials“ sind auf dem Arbeitsmarkt keine neue Erscheinung, wohl aber haben ihre Handlungsalternativen deutlich zugenommen. Besonders Höherqualifizierten stellt sich die Frage, wie sie mit der „Multioptionsgesellschaft“ konkret umgehen sollen. Daher ist die strukturgebende Frage dieses Artikels, welches „Ich-Verständnis“ hybride Professionals im interdisziplinären Gefüge in und zwischen Organisationen entwickeln – und welches Konflikt- und Entfaltungspotenzial dies mit sich bringt. Zur Beantwortung dieser Fragestellung werden zwei empirische Samples herangezogen, um die Leitmotive von hybriden Professionals im interdisziplinären Kontext herauszuarbeiten und den entsprechenden psychologischen Vertrag bzw. die psychologischen Verträge besser beschreiben zu können. Im Zentrum stehen die professionelle Bearbeitung interdisziplinärer Projekte und der gleichzeitige sinnstiftende Bezug zum Selbstkonzept des Professionals sowie zu dessen Vermutung darüber, was wichtig für die Gesellschaft ist.
