Zusammenfassung
Das Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, herauszufinden, ob sich die ausgewählten Geschäftsmodelle in die Hotellerie als ein ganz zentraler Bestandteil der Dienstleistungsbranchen übertragen lassen und inwieweit diese in die einzelnen Unternehmen integrierbar sind. Zu diesem Zweck wird sich mit einigen ausgewählten Geschäftsmodellen näher beschäftigt. Diese werden mit Hilfe von Experteninterviews auf ihre Übertragbarkeit in die Hotellerie überprüft, um zu verstehen, wie sie in der Praxis zu bewerten sind.
