Zusammenfassung
Kein Mensch ist eine Insel. Das gilt insbesondere auch für die Arbeitswelt, in der Ergebnisse heute zumeist in Teams erzielt werden. Der Beitrag schildert auf Basis der Positiven Psychologie, wie gelungene Beziehungen den Unternehmenserfolg und die Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter einer Organisation steigern können. Die Positive Psychologie stellt eine eigenständige, noch junge Teildisziplin innerhalb der akademischen und anwendungsorientierten Psychologie dar. Sie widmet sich der Erforschung von erstrebenswerten menschlichen Erfahrungen, wünschenswerten Persönlichkeitseigenschaften, gelungenen Beziehungen, und erstrebenswerten Eigenschaften von Organisationen. Dieser Beitrag widmet sich dem Aspekt der positiven Beziehungsgestaltung in Unternehmen. Dazu werden verschiedene Forschungsergebnisse vorgestellt, u. a. im Bereich der relationalen Energie, der kollektiven Intelligenz und der emotionalen Ansteckung.
