Zusammenfassung
Netzwerke spielen eine zentrale Rolle in der Transmission sozio-kultureller und fachspezifischer Normen in der Wissenschaft (vgl. Mårtensson 2014). Die Einführung in die akademischen Netzwerke und das „Dazugehören“ kann somit als ein zentraler Baustein einer erfolgreichen, wissenschaftlichen Karriere verstanden werden.
