Zusammenfassung

Digitale Gesundheitsprodukte („Electronic Health“, abgekürzt mit eHealth) liegen heutzutage im Trend, um die individuelle Gesundheitsförderung anzuregen. Es gibt derzeit eine Vielzahl an eHealth-Programmen am Markt, die sich bezüglich ihrer Inhalte, aber auch in ihrer Qualität stark unterscheiden. Dieser Beitrag gibt eine Übersicht über die Anwendungsbereiche und die spezifischen Komponenten von eHealth-Programmen und geht spezifisch auf die Erfolgsfaktoren und Risiken beim Einsatz von eHealth für die individuelle als auch betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung ein.
