Zusammenfassung
Im gegebenen Kontext sollen Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt werden, wie neue Marketingstrategien ein digitales Produkt von Beginn an als integralen Bestandteil der Unternehmenskommunikation betrachten, indem die User Experience zielgerichtet und im Zusammenspiel mit einer Marke gestaltet wird. Das eingehende Verständnis und das gezielte Management von Customer Experience (CX) und User Experience (UX) werden für das zukünftige Bestehen am Markt unerlässlich sein. Hierzu zählt speziell die holistische Betrachtung von Customer Experience, User Experience und Brand Experience als untrennbar verzahnte Disziplinen. Dabei ist von zentraler Bedeutung, dass jede der drei „Experiences“ größtenteils unterbewusst wirkt und somit die Wahrnehmung, die in der Interaktion mit digitalen Produkten ausgelöst wird, gezielt beeinflusst werden kann.
