Zusammenfassung
Ohne Kommunikation gibt es keine menschliche Beziehungen, ja kein menschliches Leben. Eine Theorie der Kommunikation kann sich deshalb nicht nur mit Ausschnitten aus dem Bereich des gesellschaftlichen Zusammenlebens befassen. Sie kann sich nicht damit begnügen, einzelne Techniken der Kommunikation zu erörtern, auch wenn in der heutigen Gesellschaft solche Techniken und ihre Folgen, weil sie neu sind, besondere Aufmerksamkeit auf sich ziehen.
