Zusammenfassung
Arbeit mit CAD-Systemen ist akzeptiert und gehört für Techniker und Ingenieure zum „normalen“ Arbeitsalltag. Aber alle jetzigen Realisierungen von CAD-Systemen führen zu weitreichenden Änderungen in der Vorgehensweise von Planern. CAD-Systeme zwingen den Arbeitenden ein objektives Handeln auf: Die Gedanken und Ideen können nicht unmittelbar in eine Handlung umgesetzt werden, das CAD-System „schiebt sich dazwischen“.
