Führung ist ein kreativer Prozess der privaten und gesellschaftlichen Wertschöpfung, das ist der paradigmatische Fluchtpunkt der nachfolgenden Überlegungen Wir werden dabei die Diskussion auf wirtschaftliche Organisationen, auf Unternehmen beschränken, aber die Grundideen des dabei entwickelten Konzepts der Relationalen Führung gelten aus systematischen Gründen für alle Sektoren (Politik, Zivilgesellschaft, Wirtschaft) in demokratischen Gesellschaften.
