Die Frage »Können Sie schwimmen?« ist einfacher zu beantworten als die Frage »Können Sie coachen?«. Genau diese Frage will ein Unternehmen jedoch beantwortet haben, bevor es in ein Coaching investiert. Bildlich gesprochen: Falls ein Unternehmen wissen möchte, ob Sie schwimmen können, zeigen Sie einfach auf den Aufnäher an Ihrer Badehose. Alternativ springen Sie bei einem Vor-Ort-Termin ins Becken und schwimmen eine Runde.
