Zusammenfassung
Das Praxisfeld des Führungskräfte-Coachings ist in jüngster Zeit erheblich gewachsen. Der empirischen Forschung zufolge, welche die Wirksamkeit des Coachings von Führungskräften untersucht, aber mit den Entwicklungen auf diesem Gebiet kaum Schritt zu halten vermag, gibt es zahlreiche personenbezogene und organisationale Vorteile, sich auf eine solche Coaching-Beziehung einzulassen.
