Zusammenfassung
Die Erstellung kundenspezifischer Konfigurationen von Dienstleistungen ist ein wichtiges Element zur Differenzierung des eigenen Angebots gegenüber Mitbewerbern. Dabei ist es wichtig, die Konfiguration hinsichtlich wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte (Risiko, Produktivität) zu evaluieren sowie deren Validität zu überprüfen. Wird der Fokus von der Konfiguration auf vor- und nachgelagerte Schritte erweitert, so wird deutlich, dass ebenso Geschäftsprozessmodelle zu berücksichtigen sind, da diese beispielsweise als Referenzmodelle bereits vorliegen oder zur Erbringung der kundenindividuellen Dienstleistung notwendig sind. Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz zur Modellierung und Konfiguration von Dienstleistungen vor, welcher auch den Import und Export in Geschäftsprozessmodelle erlaubt. Die Vorteile dieser Herangehensweise liegen in der Validierbarkeit kundenindividueller Konfigurationen sowie ihrer Evaluierung hinsichtlich Produktivität, auch unter Einbeziehung externer Faktoren sowie nichtfunktionaler Eigenschaften.
