Der Beitrag beleuchtet die Schlüssel-Kommunikationstechnologie E-Mail vor dem Hintergrund zunehmend lauter werden Kritik in Unternehmen und allgemeinen Zweifeln an der Produktivitätssteigerung durch Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien und diskutiert mögliche Alternativen.
