Zusammenfassung
Kollaboration über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette ist eines der Hauptmerkmale heutiger Lieferketten. Damit verbunden wächst die Relevanz intelligenter Supply Chain-Planung (SCP), bei der, neben wirtschaftlichen und technischen Aspekten, auch Risiken in angemessener Weise mit berücksichtigt werden müssen. Produkte, Produktionsverfahren und Vertriebs- sowie Marketingstrategien müssen simultan und aufeinander abgestimmt geplant werden. Gleichzeitig müssen alle Projektbeteiligten und Funktionsverantwortlichen, sowohl innerhalb, als auch außerhalb des Unternehmens, eingebunden werden.
