Zusammenfassung
Wenn man Bauteile aus endlosfaserverstärkten Kunststoffen (FVK) wie CFK herstellen möchte, muss man den Prozess ganzheitlich betrachten. Anhand von lokal angepassten Multiaxialgelegen und biegeschlaffer textiler Preforms zeigt die DFG-Forschergruppe 860 aus IKV und ITA der RWTH Aachen University sowie das Fraunhofer IPT, wie Leichtbau im Automobil kostengünstiger reif für die Großserie werden kann. In Zukunft soll so eine Motorhaube aus CFK möglich werden.
