Zusammenfassung
Hohlstrukturen aus Faserverbundwerkstoffen sind aus dem Fahrzeug- und Anlagenbau, dem allgemeinen Maschinenbau sowie dem Sportgerätebau nicht mehr wegzudenken. Das Flechten derartiger Hohlstrukturen ist eine noch junge Technologie mit großem Potenzial, das noch nicht voll ausgeschöpft ist. Das Dresdner Institut für Leichtbau und Kunststofftechnik (ILK) hat es sich gemeinsam mit der Leichtbau-Zentrum Sachsen (LZS) GmbH zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Anwendbarkeit der Flechttechnologie in der Industrie weiter zu verbessern. In diesem Beitrag werden die aktuellen Entwicklungsergebnisse auf diesem Gebiet vorgestellt.
