Zusammenfassung
Der Inhalt dieses Kapitels kann raschen Veränderungen unterliegen (neue Studien, Zulassungswechsel etc.). Deshalb ist die Information über neue Erkenntnisse für den Behandler essenziell. Dieser Beitrag spiegelt z. T. die Evidenzlage bei Drucklegung und eine enge Anlehnung an die wichtigsten Leitlinien wieder. Es wurden aber auch bewusst eigene Erfahrungen im pharmakotherapeutischen Management individueller Patienten, die selten ganz den Leitlinienfällen entsprechen, mit einbezogen, so wie sie an der Klinik gemacht wurden und wie die Behandlungsstrategien vor Ort sind. Insofern kann es sein, dass in anderen Kliniken, abhängig vom Stil des Hauses, andere Strategien angewandt werden.
