Zusammenfassung
Das folgende Kapitel setzt sich mit Debriefing im Kontext von Simulation im Gesundheitswesen auseinander. Dazu sollen zunächst sowohl die unterschiedlichen Bedeutungen des Begriffes gegeneinander abgegrenzt als auch die unterschiedlichen methodische Ansätze und Debriefing- »Philosophien« dargelegt werden. Im Anschluss an die theoretische Darstellung werden dem Leser praktische Gestaltungshinweise zur Durchführung von Debriefings gegeben. Mit dem Wort Debriefer wird im Folgenden der Simulationstrainer und mit Teilnehmer die Kurs- bzw. Debriefingteilnehmer bezeichnet.
