Zusammenfassung
Die Pathologien der abdominalen Aorta sind überwiegend arteriosklerotischer Genese. Die so hervorgerufenen Aneurysmen und Verschlussprozesse sind zumeist auf die infrarenale Aorta begrenzt. Dissektionen betreffen selten nur die abdominale Aorta, da sie meist ihren Ursprung im thorakalen Aortensegment haben. Die atypische Aortenkoarktation tritt überwiegend im Zusammenhang mit einer Aortitis, einer Neurofibromatose oder einer fibromuskulären Dysplasie auf. Die vorgestellten Rekonstruktionsmethoden umfassen die Behandlung aller Pathologien der abdominalen Aorta. Sonderformen wie inflammatorische und bakteriell infizierte Aneurysmen, aorto-kavale und aorto-enterale Fisteln oder Hufeisennieren werden speziell behandelt ebenso wie das viszerale Debranching zur Implantation aortaler Stentprothesen. Ausführlich wird auf das postoperative Management und die Verfahrensweise bei Behandlungskomplikationen (Organverletzungen, Niereninsuffizienz, Nachblutungen, Darmischämien, abdominales Kompartmentsyndrom etc.) eingegangen. Auch zur Zweckmäßigkeit von Simultaneingriffen wird Stellung bezogen.
