Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel erläutere ich den Begriff der Selbstregulation. Selbstregulation wird in Verbindung mit Lebendigkeit als Therapieziel vorgestellt. Theoretisch verbindet sich in der Körperpsychotherapie der Begriff der Selbstregulation mit einem Verständnis von Heilung, das Gesundheit darin sieht, Lebensprozesse im Sinne des eigenen Wohlbefindens und dem der anderen zu regulieren. In therapeutischer Hinsicht führe ich Selbstregulation als eine Einheit von Autoregulation und Koregulation ein.
