Zusammenfassung
Die globale Fernsehlandschaft ist in der ersten Dekade des 21. Jahrhunderts zu einem komplexen Phänomen mit widersprüchlichen Entwicklungen und Trends geworden. Seit den Anfangstagen des Fernsehens waren die USA der wichtigste Exporteur von Fernsehserien und Gameshows. Aber die Zeiten haben sich geändert.
