Zusammenfassung
Innerhalb der PR-Forschung liegen derzeit vor allem Ansätze vor, die sich mit der Mikro- Meso-Perspektive befassen, d. h. das Verhältnis von Individuen und Kleingruppen zu Organisationen beleuchten. Entsprechende Forschungsfragen beziehen sich zum einen auf kommunikative Aspekte im Kontext der Leistungserstellung in Organisationen und zum anderen auf die Wirkungen von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen bei unterschiedlichen externen und internen Stakeholdern.
