Abstract
Cerebellar malformations are classified according to morphology, embryology, and molecular neurogenetics. They are associated with deficits in terms of motor control and cognitive operations. We review the imaging findings. Identification of cerebellar malformations is of high importance given the clinical, prognostic, and genetic implications.
