Abstract

Lichen planus is a cutaneous papulosquamous eruption with unknown etiology. It has different variants. Lichenoid eruptions are dermatoses manifested by shiny, flat-topped papules like lesions seen in lichen planus. In the current chapter, lichen planus, its variants, and lichenoid eruptions are described.
