Abstract
From this study, it is clear that the endomycorization of the plants varies among the four genotypes studied. Sour orange (Citrus aurantium L.) and Carrizo Citrange had a higher mycorrhization frequency than the other varieties, reaching respectively 71.1% and 68.5% of infection compared to the other genotypes. The percentages of intensity in Mexican lime and Hamlin orange are lower compared to the other varieties, they are 41.25% and 19.86% respectively. The study of the average arbuscular content showed that it varies according to the genotypes. The highest rate is in the Hamlin orange with 30.41%, followed by sour orange (Citrus aurantium L.) with 29.91%. The Carrizo citrange and the Mexican lime. Are the varieties with low values of arbuscular with 27.73% and 27.96%. The highest vesicle content is in Carrizo Citrange with 2.27% followed by sour orange (Citrus aurantium L.) with 1.09%, Mexican lime with 1.055% and Hamlin orange with 0.045. Preliminary identifications of the mycorrhizae showed that the isolated spores belong to thirteen species. In our study, we observed dominance of the genus Glomus and Gigaspora. A study will be conducted to show the effect and the interaction of this mycorrhizae fungi isolated from the rhizosphere in evaluation of the resistance of citrus rootstocks under abiotic stress.
