Abstract
With the development of society and economy, the construction industry is constantly improving, and the construction management mode of construction projects is also changing. The construction of the construction management mode of a construction project is a very complicated and long process, which requires relevant staff to consider from many aspects. At the same time, BIM technology has been gradually applied to engineering construction, it can effectively improve the quality of engineering construction, and promote the maximum economic and social benefits of enterprises. Therefore, this article is based on BIM technology to carry out research on the construction management mode of construction engineering and its related content. This article adopts experimental analysis method and data analysis method to better understand the effect of BIM model in construction cost management of construction project through experiment. According to the research results, the model can reflect the dynamic changes of the construction process progress and cost in a timely manner, and has a certain effect on controlling the construction progress and cost, which has a certain positive significance for improving the level of construction management.
