Abstract

The fields of application of digital to cultural heritage are vast and constantly changing, as they are based on technology, a factor in constant evolution. An important element to take into consideration is the fact that digitization has a double key to understand: on the one hand, it becomes a production tool, while, on the other, it also covers the role of means of fruition with regard to the heritage taken into consideration. This paper presents the porting of a collection of semantic annotated images belonging to a content management system. To support the IIIF interoperability standard, we use a new technological stack made of open source independent software.
